TEXAS QUILT MUSEUM
La Grange - 18 miles. Showcasing antique and contemporary quilts as fine art. Exhibits change every 4 months. The Museum’s three galleries are located in two restored 1893 buildings constructed of handmade brick. Also contains the Pearce Memorial Library and Material Culture Center, with reference books and samples of fabrics from the 1785-1895 19th and 20th centuries which are accessible for study.
